Due to an increase in requests from our clients in relation to property managment services, we intend to open discussions with several companies in this sector with a view to creating a strategic partnership that will benefit all involved.

A short-list is currently being drawn up and companies will be assessed to determine whether they match up to our exacting standards.

This process begins in June 2005 and we expect the services to be live by November 2005.
